HUMAX USA SET TO DELIVER LCD TVs WITH BUILT-IN DIRECTV TUNER - Jan. 3, 2006
HUMAX USA, the “Easy-Digital” company, today announced that it is developing a line of LCD TVs that feature integrated DIRECTV Tuners. The new TVs, a standard-definition, 20-inch model that will hit the marketplace in the first half of 2006, followed by a 32-inch high-definition model later in the year, do not require a separate outboard DIRECTV set-top box tuner. HUMAX plans on distributing these products through its current retail channel as well as other DIRECTV-approved retailers.
